Cheaper than other renowned brands.
This product has noticeable flicker. I have spotlight replacements from various companies (Osram, Megaman) and even some pricier Philips ones and they don't show any 50 Hz flicker. This latest Philips model probably lacks an appropriate capacitor by the manufacturer.
