Have owned one of these microwaves for 18 months with no issues. It has been very reliable and cooks well.
Having a 10sec and not a 1sec cook button is not an issue.
Yes, the glass door is a bit hard to see though but that is okay.

Cooks well. Looks nice
Lack of a numerical touch pad. You can only cook in multiples of 10, so if you want to cook for 22 seconds you are out of luck. This can be overcome by decreasing the power level and increasing the cooking time but this involves guess work. Also when the timer is operational you cannot use the cooking functions.
