Complaints

We’ve received complaints about the microwave door melting and leaving scorch marks inside. We’ve followed this up with Sharp who has assured us they conduct quality assurance tests on all their microwaves and will work with customers to assist with any issues. Sharp also advised it has not received a high volume of complaints for this model. This is a very powerful microwave (1100 watts) so users need to be cautious and follow the guidelines for cooking times and power levels.
