Great phone....until it started randomly shutting down with plenty of charge left in the battery.
Mid-2016, I contacted Apple to ask why my phone was randomly shutting down with plenty of battery life left... the only way to get it restarted was to plug in a charger.
Apple told me over & over again in the ensuing months of back and forth communication (and despite many requests for a replacement) that it was a software problem...to keep updating the operating system.
Turns out it was actually a problem with early iPhone 6S phones...now Apple will replace the battery free of charge.
Frankly, an exhausting battle with Apple with a phone they finally admitted was faulty. Not a great experience!
