Good points

  • Excellent result for evenness.
  • Saucepan is balanced, moderately heavy.
  • Comfortable, soft Bakelite handle with moulded grip area.
  • Fairly easy to pour, flat edge rim makes a slightly wider pour, no dripping on to bench easy to hold with one hand. D-shaped handle opposite side for extra stability.
  • PFOA-free.
  • Non-stick surface easy to clean.
  • Spoon rest knob on lid.

Bad points

  • Only OK boil time result.
  • No protective rim around the lid handle.
  • Steam escapes from around the lid, condensation build-up on the handle .
  • The rim of the glass lid is rubber and has crevices that can accumulate grime and be difficult to clean may accumulate odours .
  • Below the lid handle can become dangerously hot.
