Easy to use, easy to clean. The rice that is not stuck to the bottom is great.
Non stick does not work. From the first time I used this, I followed all instructions, the rice stuck to the bottom. The non stick surface has not come off anywhere, I use the spoon supplied, but I waste a lot of rice when using because of the amount that sticks to the bottom.
No, this product has too many drawbacks.
I really like how easy to use this product is. I agree that it produces really good rice, every time. BUT.......
I dont like how quickly the non stick bowl and steamer breaks down. I have had my cooker for about 6 months, and already you can see the non stick surface eroding and the aluminum showing. I have used the non stick spoon provided. I would like consumer to focus more on the quality of the non stick components, when reviewing cookware. It is a health hazhard in my opinion, having cook ware made of aluminum, as the leaching of it into food has been attributed to a host of ailments. For myself, I will be discarding this cooker, even though it still works perfectly fine.
Maybe, it depends on what you're after.
