Good points

  • Excellent at back-tacking.
  • Very good at straight stitch and appliqué.
  • Good at zigzag.
  • Very good instructions with illustrations.
  • Has a stable foot control with an anti-slip base.

But

  • Only OK at buttonholes.
  • Stitch selector is hard to turn.
  • Considerable force is needed to release flywheel to wind the bobbin.
  • Only well-lit to the left of the needle.
