We assessed stain removal using a large sheet of vinyl with everyday stains like coffee, mustard, red wine, shoe polish, and soy and tomato sauces. We left these stains to dry overnight and then attempted to clean them with the steam mops.

This Bissell mop does a great job on my tile floor. Cleans off dried on food. Was a fabulous buy just before baby arrived. Dries quickly and never leaves puddles on floor. It heats up quickly.
Great Customer Service - The plastic lid broke on the reservoir when it was way out of warranty. Bissell replaced it no worries and no cost.
The lid breaking on reservoir (twice now).
You have to hold trigger on all the time to get steam.
Doesn't have any attachments to do walls or around taps.
Yes, I recommend this product.

I had previously bought a cheap steam mop which didn't last very long so thought I would invest more on this "quality product". It worked very well for a year or so - cleaned brilliantly, was easy to use - but then the steam started becoming less and less powerful until it virtually stopped coming out altogether. Nobody is interested in repairing these mops so I had to throw it away and have gone back to the scrubbing brush and the squeegy mop!
I couldn't recommend this mop
