The policy promises were what we required. Setting up the cover was straight forward. But that was the only good part of our experience.
We had a theft of property while overseas. We put in the claim on our return making sure all details were provided - and checking all was correct. Then delay after delay after delay occurred in getting the claim assessed. Over 2 months have passed and we have told the claim has been assessed , but still waiting for notification of settlement. On top of this they seem to have a 10 day wait in answering emails on existing claims.
No, this product has too many drawbacks.
