It's really hard to judge a travel insurance policy unless you have had to claim on it. We had a nightmare experience where we were stranded in Melbourne for 3 days as I didn't have the correct medical clearance for flying with a plaster cast with Virgin Australia - even though another airline had approved our flight to Melbourne!
The person on the phone said everything would be covered. What they din't say was that their idea of reasonable costs" did not seem that reasonable to us. They were happy to pay for an expensive hotel, but not internet or telephone charges to make booking changes!
No, this product has too many drawbacks.
