How we test
Overall score is based on:
Sound quality (65%). A panel of five sound experts carry out a subjective listening test of a range of track types.
Technical accuracy (5%). We test for wow, flutter, frequency response, and stylus pressure.
Ease of use (30%). Assesses instruction and setup, using the turntable, and maintenance.
