It really does vacuum well when not suffering from any of the Cons
Flips on its back a lot
Hose kinks easily
Multipurpose tool clogs easily when used as brush due to constriction of folded nozzle, while brush is damaged when using it as nozzle or fabric brush
Useless cord retraction
Maybe, it depends on what you're after.

It's light, quiet, fantastic for hard surfaces (our last vacuum cleaner scratched our kauri floors) easy to use and does an effective job on carpets as well. Easy to manoeuvre. It's small and the components pull apart easily making it easy to store. Decent length power cord. It's also extremely good value if you are lucky enough to purchase on special from Farmers. I was sold an expensive Hoover by Godreys which was supposed to be amazing but was heavy clunky and hard to use and they were not interested when I tried to talk to them about it.. Thanks Consumer for your recommendation.
The cord retractor is not very efficient.
