Choosing the right internet service provider can be the difference between a smooth video call or movie stream and endless dropped connections and buffering.

We asked nearly 2,000 New Zealanders to tell us about their experience with their provider. We asked them about value for money, connection performance, customer service and more. Our survey enables us to rank 13 internet providers from best to worst.
