The least reliable cars in New Zealand

The two least reliable cars in our survey both sadly come from Ford – the Ford Escape and Ford Focus both scored lowest for reliability and satisfaction.

In the survey, we asked owners about any faults they’ve had with their cars and how satisfied they are with them. These two models had the most major and serious faults reported, and fewer satisfied owners when it came to ongoing maintenance and repairs.
