The Consumer Advice Line is available to assist current paid members with any consumer-related issue between 8.30am-4.30pm, Monday to Friday. Our advisers can explain your rights and help you resolve problems with a retailer or service provider.

The Consumer Advice Line is not available for Digital Pass holders. If you currently have a Digital Pass, you’ll need to become a Consumer NZ member to access our advice line. Join here.
