Good points

  • Excellent results in our beating (egg whites), mixing (cake batter) and kneading (dough) tests.
  • Controls are OK to use.
  • Bowl and attachments are dishwasher safe.
  • Has a splashguard.
  • When kneading dough the mixer stays firm on the bench.
  • Comes with two different-sized bowls.
  • Beater height is adjustable.
  • Can add optional accessories that attach to the motor of the mixer.

But

  • No scraper-beater attachment.
  • The motor head is very heavy and isn’t spring loaded (so you need to hold the head when lifting and lowering).
  • Unit can still operate when motor head is lifted.
  • No eject button for removing beater (hand can get covered in mixture).
  • Bowls have a small base and can be unstable on the bench.
