Consumer NZ member giveaway prize draw terms and conditions.

1. Consumer NZ (CNZ) runs a monthly prize draw governed by these terms
   and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions,
   you are not eligible to receive a prize.

2. You will automatically be entered in the draw if you are a current
   CNZ member at the time of the draw. However, the following members
   will not be eligible to be included in the draw:

   • digital pass holders;

   • members who have received a free membership;

   • members that are not a natural person, such as corporate members;

   • members who are not residing in New Zealand;

   • members whose subscriptions are on hold or who have outstanding payments or pending cancellations;

   • CNZ board members, employees, contractors and their immediate families.

   • previous winners of a prize in CNZ’s monthly prize draw.

3. If you do not wish to be included in the draw you can opt out by
   emailing [email protected] or calling 0800 266 786.

4. Details of the prize will be published on the monthly member giveaway page. The prize will
   usually be a product, selected by CNZ, to the value of approximately
   $500. The winner cannot exchange the prize for cash or any other
   product/s. Consumer NZ reserves the right to change the prize at any
   time.

5. CNZ will conduct the prize draw on or around the first business day
   of each calendar month. At the time of the draw, CNZ will randomly
   select one prize winner. CNZ’s decision is final.

6. After making the draw, CNZ will contact the winner to notify them
   about their prize and arrange delivery, at CNZ’s cost. If CNZ is
   unable to contact the winner within 10 days of the draw, the winner
   forfeits their prize.

7. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to their details being
   published in CNZ’s magazine and online.

8. In running this competition, CNZ is not endorsing the prize or prize
   brand and does not guarantee the quality, functionality or
   suitability of the prize. However, prizes are covered by the
   Consumer Guarantees Act so if your prize develops an issue, please
   let us know by emailing [email protected] or calling 0800 266
   786.

9. CNZ reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize draw and these
   terms and conditions at any time.
