Every function produces outstanding results. The Slow Cook can go longer than 8 hours, at least 12, which is great for Gumbo. The Reduce function has three temperature settings. The software seems very flexible, and you input your own custom settings. The Pressure release can be automatically pulsed, and with the use of the Pressure Release button, you don't get your hands anywhere near the steam. Of course at the end of a Slow Cook with Root Vegetables added, you always do a quick Pressure Cook to make sure they're done. The lid and seal is quick and easy to clean.
The knob, while looking high quality, seem a bit loose, and I wonder how long they will last.
Yes, I recommend this product.
