The sensors is hopeless. It just never drys clothes to the finish. I called out Samsung and the tech states that this is due to it being a heat pump dryer and that I should just use the timer function. I call rubbish - the sensor should keep the dryer going until it is dry. Even a cheap $400 sensor dryer works better than this. What is the point in just using the timer if you end up wasting power - defying the point in having an ergy efficient heat pump?
No, this product has too many drawbacks.
