Doesn't clean well
Pros

Unscented, doesn't make me sneeze or itch my skin.

Cons

Price is $10 - $10.69 in 3 different supermarkets in Nelson city not $8! Does NOT clean as well as Ultimate Persil, Active Persil, Dynamo liquid. New whites get dingy quickly, clothing starts to smell. Fails to remove oily fat stains, tea, chilli, bright red lipstick & pigmented glosses, black waterproof mascara & liquid liner, collar and cuff grime. Needs to be assisted by extra soaking, pretreating. Smells build up so bad whole loads need to be rewashed. Used this product 25 years and it used to be excellent with a higher Consumer rating but it has declined in the last few years.

Recommend it?

Maybe, it depends on what you're after.

Good for sensitive skin
Pros

I get great results using half a scoop -half the recommended dose - for all day to day clothing - kids and adults. Workshop overalls get a prewash, and full scoop. No problems getting cooking fat/oil stains etc off if I use a spray stain remover on them before washing.
We have a septic tank so are limited in what we can use, but on the plus side, we have soft bore water, which may help.

Comfortable on my skin
Pros

Other laundry detergents make my skin itchy. Some are overly perfumed, with an annoying, unnecessary lingering smell. This powder doesn't smell and doesn't make me itchy. I haven't noticed that it does not clean well compared to others. It seems fine with sweat, blood, food stains, grass stains and mud.

Cons

No, it's all good.

Recommend it?

Yes, I recommend this product.
